How do I find information about a property?
All of our available properties are listed on this website and you can perform an online search to find your next home following these easy sets.
1. Click here to search for a property using our online database.
2. Once you have found a property of interest please click on the "Contact Me about This Property" link

3. Complete the requested form and click Submit..
4. A member of the team will then confirm your request and contact you to answer your enquiry.
Alternatively, ring our offices to talk to a
member of staff many of whom have been
to the property and so can answer your questions in more detail.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Simply ring the office and an appointment can be made. If the property is empty and we hold the keys we should be able to confirm an appointment time when you ring. Sometimes however an existing tenant or owner is living in the property and we have to make an appointment with them and this may involve a series of telephone calls. In this case we will confirm the appointment as soon as possible.
What happens at the viewing?
Either our representative or the current occupant will show you round the property and we will try and answer any questions you have although we may have to refer back to the owner about specific points on a particular property.
How do I apply for a property?
You cannot apply for a property until you have viewed it. After viewing you should speak with the viewing representative or phone our office when some basic information will be asked of you. If that seems satisfactory we will then send you an offer letter, application forms for everyone who is over 18 and invoice for the application fee, the amount of which depends on the number of applicants.
The property stays on the market, available to other prospective tenants until application forms and fee is received from an applicant. Once your application has been received we will stop viewings and withdraw the property from the market. Your reference application will be emailed to an independent specialist referencing agency which takes about 2 – 5 days to obtain the necessary information.
When your application has been approved we will discuss a tenancy start date and an appointment for handing the property over to you.
What are the procedures for handing the property over?
When a date has been agreed we will draw up the tenancy agreements and forward them to you for signature.
These must be returned to us before the tenancy starts and you should also let us have payment for the first months rent and deposit by Bankers Draft, or cash before the tenancy start date.
At the appointed time and date we will meet with you at the property and go through the inventory, read the meters and explain other pieces of relevant paperwork such as safety certificates.
Once that has been done the utility meters will be read and you will be given the keys and can then move in.
Do I have to tell the utility companies?
We will formally notify the gas, electric and water companies of the tenancy start date and meter readings and also the local authority for council tax. However you may wish to notify them independently so you can make arrangements for paying their bills.
You must notify telephone and tv companies and arrange for any specific connections you require.
Do I get a copy of the tenancy agreement, how do I pay the rent and what happens to my deposit?
If we are managing the property we will send you a copy of the tenancy agreement once it has been signed by the landlord. A standing order will be set up with us to pay the rent on the monthly anniversary date of the tenancy starting. We will also confirm inspection and repairs procedures with you.
If the landlord has chosen our tenant finding service he will send you a copy of the tenancy agreement and all future contact will be with him. As part of the handover procedure you will be given the landlords bank details to set up a standing order for payment of the rent and also his address and telephone number for future contact about repairs, notice etc?
Whichever way your property is managed we will hold your deposit under the regulation and protection of The Dispute Service unless the Landlord can show us he is a member of one of the approved schemes for dealing with tenants deposits.
